For this dish we use a very juicy and rich part of the pig. The mix of flavors of the meat, gratin potatoes, caramelized onion and mustard is spectacular. A great classic. We also add a fig chutney.
We put the sauce separately because it contains dairy.
Ingredients: Pork, cherry tomato, baked potato, onion, fig chutney, mustard sauce with cream, old mustard, onion and wine.
